These terms cover your use of the PalmCards app, made by Marvi AI ("we", "us", "PalmCards"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using PalmCards

PalmCards is a tool for preparing, rehearsing and presenting speeches as cue cards. You may use it for any lawful purpose. The content you create is yours. You are responsible for what you write and present.

Your content

Your decks and cards are stored on your device and belong to you. We claim no ownership over them. When you use the optional AI features, the text you submit is processed to return suggestions to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI suggests before you rely on it.

PalmCards Pro subscription

PalmCards is free to use, with an optional paid subscription, PalmCards Pro, that unlocks additional features such as unlimited AI assistance and the full template library.

• Free trial: Pro may be offered with a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Billing: subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown at purchase.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: you manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside PalmCards.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and their refund policies apply.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the app: don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, don't use the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content, and don't use PalmCards in any way that breaks the law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PalmCards reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features over time. The AI features rely on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PalmCards. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
